NO PETS ALLOWED

RATES INCLUDE:

Bed and kitchen linen with weekly change, beds already made upon arrival, wood heating (oil heating only during the winter), water, electricity, gas and laundry.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Supply of bathroom linen.

Final cleaning  (mandatory): 40 Euro for two-room apartment and three - room mansarded apartment; 45 Euro for four-room apartment, except for cooking corner and crockery that must be cleaned up by the client.

Rental options:

 Cot complete with sheets - 4 Euro per day

Additional change of cot sheets - 4 Euro

Baby high chair  - 2 Euro per day

Stroller - 10 Euro per week

Baby backpack - 10 Euro per week

MANDATORY CAUTION MONEY:

- Two- room and three-room apartment:

 200 Euro

  Four-room apartment: 250 Euro

Rental of apartment during winter season: 500 Euro

APARTMENT CONSIGNMENT:

The apartment is consigned clean and in order.

Final cleaning rate does not include cleaning of cooking corner and crockery, which must be done by the client.

Prior to departure, the client shall leave the apartment tidy and in order and the kitchen cleaned up. The apartment is to be consigned within the agreed deadlines. Garbage collection is in charge of the client.

In case of non-compliance with the abovementioned clauses, an adequate sum will be deducted from the caution money.

GENERAL NOTES

Check - in and check-out: Saturdays only (as a general rule).

Check-in time: from 4.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Check-out time: from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

The number of guests per apartment must not exceed the number of beds available.

Down payment equal to 30% of the entire rate is requested upon booking confirmation.

Final settlement by cash as well as caution money to be held as deposit is requested upon consignment of the apartment.
